You can explore content across genres, movies, web series, kids shows, documentaries, and more from various OTT partners, both local and international.

3. Do I need separate apps to access partner content?
No. Bioscope Plus allows you to browse and watch content from multiple OTT partners within one app, without needing to download separate apps.

4. On which devices can I use Bioscope Plus?
Bioscope Plus is available on smartphones (Android & iOS), web browsers, and smart TVs.

5. How many devices can I use with my account?
You can log in on up to 5 devices with one Bioscope Plus account.

6. Can I create multiple user profiles?
Yes, you can create up to 4 personalized profiles — ideal for families or shared accounts.

7. Can I stream content on all 5 devices at once?
Using multiple sessions simultaneously is not supported right now

8. How do I sign up for Bioscope Plus?
Simply enter your mobile number, and you'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. Enter the OTP to verify and complete the login.

9. Can I update my mobile number or email?
Sorry, currently you cannot update your mobile number.

11. How do I find content easily?
Use smart search, explore personalized recommendations, or browse by genre, language, or OTT partner. The platform is designed to help you discover content quickly.

12. Can I filter content by OTT partner?
Yes. You can view curated partner-specific pages showing content only from that OTT provider.

13. Will my watch progress be saved?
Yes. The “Continue Watching” section helps you resume right where you left off — across all your devices.

14. Is Bioscope Plus free to use?
Bioscope Plus offers both free and paid content. Access to certain OTT partner content requires a subscription.

15. How do I subscribe to a plan?
You can choose and activate a plan directly within the app or web platform under the “Subscription” section.

16. What payment methods are supported?
We support a wide range of options including debit/credit cards, MFS wallets, and other digital payment methods.

17. Will I be charged automatically every month?
If you’ve selected an auto renewal plan, it will auto-renew until you cancel or switch to another plan. Non-recurring packs won’t auto-renew and will expire unless renewed manually.

18. I was charged but didn’t see access to content. What should I do?
Please refresh your app or log out and log back in. If the issue persists, contact our support team for immediate assistance.

20. A video isn’t playing. What should I do?

·       Check your internet connection

·       Update the app to the latest version

·       Try restarting the app or your device
